Enhancement and Injury Prevention: “How To” Steps to Increase
Profits.
An effective Ergonomics and injury prevention program will successfully
reduce stress, injuries, fatigue and work comp cost, and increase efficiency
and high quality productivity. The obvious result will be increased profitability.
Best Performance Systems programs have had a 100% success rate
for 14 years, and currently average a 50-90% reduction in injuries.
In this high energy, interactive presentation, you will learn the four
necessary steps to get these same results. You can immediately apply
them in your organization.
Many employers do not believe their workers can be influenced to work
safer. We successfully motivate workers to want to work with healthier
habits then they have used in the past. We will show you how you can
do it with even your most stubborn workers.
Every participant will leave feelings significantly better than when
they arrived, with the skills and confidence that they will feel better
at work in the future.
Participants are urged to challenge Barry with “unsolvable problems” from
their workplace.
We will also inform you of a state program that provides grants that
will reimburse many companies for the cost of training their employees
to be more efficient and productive.
