• information you enter when you book a consultation call, sign up for a free resource, or buy a program or workshop,
• messages you send us by email, form or text.

We also collect some information automatically when you visit our website, such as your browser type, the pages you visit and how you found us. This is done through cookies and similar tools.

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers (such as Stripe and PayPal). We do not store your full card details.

• provide our programs, workshops and free resources,
• schedule consultation calls and send appointment reminders,
• send emails about our programs, which you can unsubscribe from at any time,
• send text messages you have agreed to receive (see the Text Messages section),
• answer your questions and provide support,

Text Messages (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, Best Performance Systems will use your number to send appointment reminders and follow-up messages about your consultation call.

• Message frequency varies, usually 2 to 4 messages per booking.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of booking a call or of any purchase.

Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us send the messages (such as our text messaging provider), who may only use it to deliver our messages.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

• with service providers who help us run our business, such as our website and course platform (Kajabi), scheduling (Calendly), payment processors, and email and text messaging providers. They may only use your information to provide services to us,
• when required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of others,
• if our business is sold or merged, in which case your information would transfer to the new owner under this policy.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies to keep it working, remember your preferences and understand how visitors use it. You can turn off cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site may not work properly.
